Firts Bible Baptist Curch ” Goes Yonder “

By dorsey
What a blessing it was to have the mission team from First Bible Baptist Church of Rochester New York visit us this past March.  Pastor Bob Brado, ”Dominican Bob”, gave a message about “going yonder”.  The word “yonder” appears 7 times in 7 verses of the King James Version of the bible.  In each case, yonder is referring to “with God” or “God’s way”.  We can chose to go yonder, God’s way, or we can choose to go our own way. It’s pretty clear which is more profitable. If we want to be effective, if we want to make an eternal impact, then we need to go yonder.  That’s what FBBC did.  The result was an outward expression of Christ’s love which touched our young Dominican girls. They responded by showing a desire for more love and their ability to love in return.  The Dominican girls were literally clinging to their new girl friends from FBBC at every possible moment.  It was such a blessing to witness. When you show up and go Gods way, He will do awesome things.  Go yonder and see!
